Today I have realized something. When my own country wins a match in World Cup I should be happy But some people are like : “Hey How Can you be happy? You are a DADA fan.. This is Dhoni’s India.” Dada is not in this team now. He has retired 8 years ago. So the fans of his era has no right to celebrate India’s Win.
Because?
Because This is Dhoni’s India. Or Rather you can say Dhoni’s father’s India.
To those nationalist young men/women, Where were you during the last 2-3 years of the 90s? The Gentlemen’s game was so corrupted back then if you threw stone with your eyes closed It would definitely hit a thief in the team. In this situation even The GOD of Cricket stepped down as Captain of Indian Team. (Thank God He didn’t step down from cricket. Otherwise The God wouldn’t have become GOD)
So who will lead the team?

You know if you look back at the History this is not a rare phenomenon. There were people who enjoyed the fruit of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s self sacrifice for a very long time.
Anyway, like Netaji, This man fought the war along with some inexperienced players (except Sachin obviously). And There were people who tried to stop these men by mere politics. Some of the so called best friends remained silent just for the sake of being in the team..
But we don’t care about that.
Now, Its time for the Current Scenario. One thing I want to expound. I HATE DHONI -THE MAN, NOT DHONI -THE CRICKETER. I HATE DHONI’S POLITICS NOT HIS CAPTAINCY.
But the problem with these new found nationalist lover of cricket is that when Yuvraj Singh fails to perform, If we say, “বালের প্লেয়ার শালা” then its emotion. But if Dhoni does something wrong (in our perspectivee) and we say, “বালের ধোনি”, They are like: “Who the hell are you? Fuck you dhoni haters. He knows better than you about what to do on the field. you are jealous because you are DADA fan. bla bla bla.”
You are wrong people. Yes you are. We, don’t get jealous to see Dhoni perform. Why would we? because at the end of the day Father isn’t at all disconsolate in his Son’s success even if that son doesn’t respect his father and even if that son doesn’t remember his father’s contribution. Even If his son goes to the wrong direction, His father will always be proud of his son’s success.
